Regulated & Rising™ is an 8-session, one-on-one journey that combines nervous system regulation, reiki and coaching through the 7-Steps to Empowerment — the framework that underlies all of Avid Earthling's work:

One step every two weeks — enough space for each step to actually integrate before the next — paired with personalized teaching, coaching, reflection, a Reiki-infused meditations, and room to go exactly as deep as you need to.
