Keri has been a people, project and productivity focused leader in the technology industry over the last 15+ years.
During this time she's delivered multi-million dollar projects + programs in top Fortune 500 companies and continues to work on purpose-driven tech projects, while pursuing her passion for supporting others healing self-worth, burnout and nervous system support.
Keri has spent years seeking out alternative ways to re-balance, recover and heal from her own challenging life transitions including sudden loss, grief, burnout + stress-related health issues through deepened self-care, mindfulness + energy healing practices while maintaining her fast-paced career, solo parenting + life responsibilities.
